I do agree about the shoe-laces!   Having been there, done that, I would never again wear lace-up boots or shoes on the bike - there is simply too much potential for loose ends to tangle with various protruding bits around the feet on both sides, leading inevitably to a tumble!  Nice-looking young lady, that!

thats true! If i ride with laces on, I tuck them in my shoe and my pants over it. This is my sister (she is not allowed to ride my bike haha) I had a shoe lace get caught in the chain on the freeway doing +80MPH and I thought I kicked a soccer ball.. Definitely got lucky that was all that happened but I learned my lesson really quick!
