  1. Shipping was fair. Also very quick. I chose the SS can in black with the carbon cap over the carbon can because of price and perceived greater durability. It’s been rainy lately and I don’t think anybody wants to see how filthy my scooter is. Their website photos show each style on the bike.
  2. I have had one for about a month now. I got it directly from Black Widow. It’s the low mount with a 300 mm SS can with a carbon tip. It seems to be of high quality and went on easily. When I had enquired as to whether the high mount version would interfere with the factory bags they said they weren’t sure, but that they would send both versions for the same price. It arrived in less than a week. It is louder of course, but I like it. I did not take them up on their offer of the high mount after more closely studying pics on their website. I will be getting the eco reflashed shortly to complete the package. I think it ended up around $470.00 total.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I've also put about 6000 on my EK and so far so good. The EK uses a screw type master link which allows you to forego a rivet tool. I hope it lasts as least as long as the oem one did.
  4. So it's been nearly a year. Are you satisfied with this chain? I recently replaced the oem chain at 26,600 along with some other maintenance and replaced it with an EK chain.
  5. The Purolator PBL14612 works, it's black and costs 8.99 locally for me.
  6. Well, I've had it on for about 6k miles so far. I modified it by adding 1/2" spacers to the two bottom brackets. This effectively increased the rake by a few more degrees from stock. I had already installed a set of Rox risers, mainly to bring the bars back about 1-3/4" so there was not any handguard interference with the shield. I don't see how there could be any in the stock configuration with the amount of room the shield provides anyway. I have swapped the stockers out for KTM handguards and along with the Hippo hands I don't have any clearance issues. The shield itself gives me the coverage and noise reduction I was looking for. I have it on the highest position. I'm 5'10" with a 32" inseam.
  7. I have this screen already. It is easy to install. I have modified it from the suggested installation in order to allow to lean back even more. So far I like it. I need more time to be sure. For me, it is much better than the stock thing. I got mine from Tour and Ride for $180.00 shipped.
  8. The GIVI model 2122DT is now available in the US. I just ordered one and hope to give a report on it soon.
