  1. I'm using the rokform mount. It's pretty sleek and the install/removal of the phone is super quick, no squishing of buttons like I experienced with the ram mount. Hold without any worries at speed on the highway.. I used to have a samsung phone so I had the rokform case with the integrated lock and magnet thing. Now I use the add on on my spigen case for my pixel 2xl.
  2. pretty good looking! congrats on the bike and side cases!
  3. you could upload it on an image hosting site if you'd like, like imgur.com or sli.mg
  4. It's the genuine Yamaha MT-09 rad guard available everywhere else on the planet except here in America. I got mine from here. Fits our bikes without any issues whatsoever, I just did the install today!
  5. Just got this in the mail, had to order it overseas, seems like yamaha canada doesn't want to sell good looking parts lol I didn't do it today but I did add some mirror extenders and it's so far the best mod I've ever done to a motorcycle
  6. they can ship with a cheaper alternative, but I believe you gotta ask them through email. They've sent me an invoice directly to my paypal account. It's 10.50$us with first class instead of the priority mail.
  7. have any of you encountered a bit of play with the bag mounted on the fj? I brought one of my 2004 fjr bag to the dealer to try it out on the floor demo and while it worked fine installing it, There was a little bit of space all around the rubber gromet near the passenger peg and the whole bag could be lifted up like half an inch or so. Nothing to disengage it really. It's just my first bike with side cases and I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should look for some kind of fix. On a side note I am one step closer to getting my bike as I've been approved for financing and the top case has been ordered!
  8. are all years working with the fj side case mount? I found a pair on a website for 200$ each side. They're from a 2004 fjr.
