  1. EDR Performance in Beaverton Oregon.
  2. The guards from the 2019 Tracer 900 fit and look a lot better.
  3. The GT has weird geometry. When you sit on it, a lot of bike is out in front of you. You seem to be sitting back too far. The GX seat is a couple of inches taller than the GT. That will be deal breaker for a lot of people. I agree - the GX looks great. I am tired of gold forks though.
  4. I have a 2010 VFR 1200F DCT and owned and sold a FJR 1300. They're completely different bikes - not even in the same ballpark. The VFR is exciting and the FJR is boring. You feel like you're part of the VFR and just sitting on a plank on top of a motorcycle with the FJR. You'd have to go after another V4 like an Aprila to get close to the VFR.
  5. Impressive. You guys are going to live forever.
  6. How'd it go with the chip sealing happening everywhere? I ride the same roads and try to avoid that, but the states don't often give any warning at all. Great route.
  7. Prove it Fabio - give us pics in front of a Brazilian landmark! Welcome - Brazil must be full of fabulous riding areas.
  8. Your fuel should be "stable" since it doesn't have any ethanol in it. If you want to be super careful, before the first ride next season, drain the fuel and run it in your car. Add fresh ethanol free gas to the bike before riding it. I do this and I know it is over the top.
  9. I have a 2016 FJ 09 and a 2019 CB1000r. They are close to each other in terms of ergonomics. I'm 5'11. The seat height is perfect on the CB. Pegs are a small amount higher, but hip and knee bend isn't noticeably different. I put the seat back and forth between the high and low positions on the FJ 09. Neither is as spot on for me as the CB. I use the FJ 09 for multi day trips and the CB1000r for less than 400 mile rides. The big difference is the engine. I have a full Akra system on the CB1000r. The HP difference between the two bikes is substantial. The newer CB1000r bikes can't easily be tuned/flashed yet. That's a big deal for people who don't like the stock exhaust.
  10. You're lucky with your location - EDR Performance in Beaverton has a great flash for your bike. You could have them dyno tune it also, but that's a different option. I highly recommend the shop.
  11. Local shop is putting them on a bunch of different naked bikes with great results. Should work well on the Tracer. They look cool.
  12. Anybody using this one from Zieger in Germany? https://www.ebay.com/itm/193699895068?hash=item2d1969d71c:g:mjsAAOSwONBZDGJD
  13. Hey Yamaha - make the Niken available in the US again and I'll buy one.
  14. Just rent an electric stand up scooter. That's what everyone will be on anyway. If you can't fight em, join em.
