  1. This my genius plan to assist the spin in my garage. Its size above 5 inches in diameter. 🤓
  2. @koth442I bought a cheap metal ashtray from Walmart to protect the floor from the kickstand. It has perfect shape with rounded edges and a flat bottom. My main concern is the connection between the kickstand and the frame. Will it get damaged over time?
  3. Obviously I've seen it. That wasn't a question.
  4. Hi All, Not sure if this was ever mentioned, discussed, talked about.... What is your thoughts on doing this maneuver on a regular basis? Will it cause the stand to snap, or any other damage? Thank you in advance for your comments. AG
  5. I have not ordered mine yet. I am in your shoes - interested.
  6. Here is one: http://www.gprexhaustsystems.com/exhausts/yamaha.html?motomod=1295 or this seems like an even better deal: https://www.gpr-motorcycle-exhausts.co.uk/shop/brand/yamaha-exhausts/mt-09-a-tracer-fj-09-tracer-2015-/mt-09-a-fj-09-tracer-2015-furore-nero-full-system-exhaust
  7. Used this and a RAM mount for the GPS. It that your inquiry? Yes, thank you. And where can I get "this"? TIA
  8. Forget an the screen. How did you do that: https://postimg.cc/image/ozps9dpsj/
  9. What do you use on the mounting bolts: thread-locker, oil, grease, anti-seize lubricant, astroglide? thx
  10. I like it with the beak. Looks like it should have been installed by Yamaha from the beginning.
  11. Looks like your amazon link has non-fj09 sliders. You will need to make sure your sliders are made exactly for the bike you own.
  12. I suggest OES sliders. They have options for both or only front or rear locations that are clearly marked. Depends on the level of protection you want and how much you want to spend. The no-cut installation is as simple as can be. Even I can do in 5 minutes per slider. ?
  13. I wonder if it is cost effective to have the case savers, if I am not mistaken, the R&G case savers cost more than the OM parts that will be scratched. The sliders would hopefully protect the tank and the upper parts. Does anyone here have an experience with the OES front and rear frame sliders as a package deal for FJ09? Thx.
  14. Trying to understand this post. It seems like I can mount both the frame sliders and the crash bars on this bike? The OES offer front and rear frame sliders. Does SW Motech crash bar use different mount points? Thanks, -Alex
