Finally installed the new chain and took it out for a spin. I am liking the look of the black and gold.

I went exploring a few weeks ago through North GA and North Carolina. Had a nice ride down War Woman road, up into the Highlands and then 64 back into North Georgia but I didn't stop to take any pictures. When I got back to N. GA I went out of my way to take a few pictures. Richard Russel The newly paved 60 south of Suches.

One year an 14K miles .. still loving the bike. Love, Love LOVE the motor. Just need to get the suspension and seat sorted out and there will be many more miles to come.

With the temp of the morning commute dropping into the high 40's I decided it was time to put the KTM hand guards. As a bonus I was able to keep the bar end weights on!! The real test will be in the morning.

6 Months and 2 days on a 17', 9200+ Miles !! Winter is coming so I don't expect that to continue for the next 6 months.

Not exactly today but I finally put on the tidy tail and had a chance to go for a non-commute ride over the weekend.

Added a top case today and did the first oil change. Be careful out there. On the way back from taking this picture a car (in a school zone) pulled out right into the truck in front of us. 100% the car's fault, 16 year old kid that looked high. 25mph accident and the car was most likely a total loss, kid seemed ok. 3 sec later and it would have been me he ran into.
