  1. Since I got too much time on my hands (if your company is looking for an IT manager in their french/european subsidiary, feel free to contact me 😉), I did a photoshoot with my 2015 yesterday:
  2. Well, I can tell you the bags aren't anywhere near waterproof neither... Back to the old school method: put the content in garbage bags first
  3. Bought them and am not too pleased with the rain covers: first ride (4 hours) 1 leaked, the other one... well have a look for yourself:
  4. That's right, and an improved one: still too expensive for my butt though ;-), it will have to get used to the OEM for now
  5. ouch, 456€, that's pretty expensive compared to a custom one made by a local craftsman
  6. Same question. Or actually: is the strap literally a pain in the butt of the passenger? I already have a 50something liters capacity seat bag so I'm interested in those (you can find them for 150€ with the mounting bracket) only for occasional rides with the girlfriend. Thanks for the photos and feedback BTW.
  7. Sharing from the french FJ forum (bought one myself): http://www.ebay.fr/itm/161874964765?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&var=460843660829&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT 15€, free delivery (took about 3 weeks for me) photos from @Pegase22 from the french forum
  8. it's the current 2015 one (at least in France): http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/fr/produits/moto/mt/mt-09-street-rally.aspx Here are pictures from the top Yes, I know she needs a good cleaning
  9. Hi, No modifications needed to install the Street Rally pegs, they fit perfectly and the package contains everything you need to install them. But you do have to grind the bolt with a power drill on the original left peg in order to remove it, it doesn't have a pin like the right one for some reason. Here's a photo of the original bolt once removed (borrowed on the french FJ forum): [EDIT] sorry, didn't see the previous post. But I guess you have the answer above: no modification needed, all good
  10. I've been using the Street Rally ones for a while now (like many french FJ owners) and am very happy with those. They look like the Super tenere ones showed previously. 53€. Reference: 1RC-274M0-00-00. Purchased from my Yamaha dealer.
  11. Installed Street Rallye footpegs today, can't wait to test if it's more comfortable
  12. Just ordered the FZ6 pegs on Ebay as well. For 12€ it seems, for once, like a nice cheap upgrade!
  13. Alpinestars web goretex for the past 90 000+ kms (yes, they are tough). Great boots overall, only one issue: they won't save you from a gas puddle (not sure of the english word here, but you'll understand: the ***** slippery things you find in every single gas station)
