  1. Check out the Heed brand crash bars. I'm not sure if they are a sure fit on the GT, but they are pretty responsive to emails. They cover the lower part of the engine well.
  2. I assume It is just a faulty button. Today on my ride to work, just the lightest thumb pressure on the mode selector caused it to change modes with a closed throttle. I'll have to pull that apart and see what I can find out.
  3. It's a 2015. ECU has not been remapped.
  4. Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed my ride mode changes randomly. I typically just ride in STD mode, but have looked down on quite a few occasions and it will have switched on its own to A or B. While I don't necessarily mind if it switches to A mode, B mode always makes me feel like the bike has gone into limp mode. Is there something that's causing the ECU to change on its own? Thanks for the help!
  5. I installed my Heed crash bars. They blend well with the bike, but are very solid and should offer excellent protection. I also sanded and painted my stator cover that's been damaged since the day I bought the bike. The bars hide the mediocre paint job. I'll also be making some folding highway pegs to add to the bars.
  6. I completed my exhaust mod on the stock box. Noticeably deeper/louder at idle. Sounds great until around 50mph, where I lose the sound of it due to wind and intake noise. Still very happy with the results, and it didn't cost me anything thanks to my TIG welding buddy.
  7. Finally received my Givi E22N panniers. Small enough to not overload the bike riding 2 up. They seem big enough to pack for a weekend trip. Just about the cheapest hard panniers with quick release hardware out there.
