  1. Welcome. I'm also in Arizona (Queen Creek area) and just recently moved here from California. Just about settled and going to be lloking for new riding partners soon.
  2. Yea! Would be fun to meet up with some local FJ riders. Normally I ride Mulholland lone wolf style.
  3. No pictures because it doesn't really look different, but I reupholstered the rider seat today. Got some high density 1.5in foam and 1in memory foam. Cut to size, glued together, and then glued to existing foam in seat pan. Picked up some vinyl that closeley matches the stock vinyl and recovered. Total cost, $38. Much more comfortable now just sitting on it. Just need to give it a test ride later.
  4. Added the Puig wind deflector to my Givi windshield. Was getting annoyed with the wind noise and figured I would give one of these ugly things a try. Surprised that it actually works and quite well. Major wind noise improvement. Also doesn't look too terrible after looking at it longer.
  5. @higdonion ?? I believe I read that the newest version of the cage can accommodate just about all aftermarket exhaust systems. Have to ask the man himself for previous versions.. tagged him for you. Right. The GEN2 accommodates a lot more, but I liked the look of the GEN1 cage more so that is that I am running.
  6. Anyone know if this fits with the Higdonion trail cage?
  7. Which Turn signals did you go with? These guys: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073M2YWGR With these adapters: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BH5YH4G ...and this relay: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RM26LXO Not the cheapest route overall, but not the most expensive either. Settled on these three parts after much research and deciding how bright/big I wanted the LED signals to be. They're plenty bright and while not the most compact signals, they're about half the size of the stock "pumpkins" and maybe a half inch to an inch shorter in length. Not a simple plug and play for this set up, but anyone with a little soldering experience and some mechanical know how can get it done.
  8. Picked up my 2017 FJ two weeks ago, new left over stock from local dealer. So far I've installed the Higdonion Trail Cage, SWMotech Side Bags, Ebay Tail Tidy, Givi windshield, and front/rear LED turn signals w/relay resistor. Tonight I'll be doing the 600 mile service when I get home from work.
