  1. +1 for the Ultimateaddons case and system, brilliant. They do a U clamp as well And welcome
  2. Thanks to everyone for replying. SW it is I think.
  3. Thank you all for taking the time to post and put pictures also. I think I am leaning towards one of those SW Motechs. Look great on the bike with that shape. Thanks again all, really appreciate it.
  4. I looked at those but I've seen a few videos and read a few articles that say the plastic wears and the bag comes off easily. Any problems like that yourself?
  5. Ahhhh, pictures, we love pictures. Thank you

I have a Garmin 346LMT on my GT
  9. I am considering a small tank bag for things such as phone, passport, battery charger for when we go on tour. I have read a few threads on here about some, but I am interested in what people have and the good and bad of them. I see that the tank ring bags are more expensive, but are the magnetic ones any good? Do they stay on ok or move easy, damage the paint easily? As I say, it doesn't need to be very big as it won't have to hold too much at a time. Is there any "cheaper ones" that anybody has found to be ok?

  11. Simply, simply, luvvly !!
  12. Welcome Shaun, I'm sure you'll enjoy the bike, pretty much does it all and really well
  13. Got the 2019 GT and very pleased with it. Does everything well, and some things superbly. Depends how you ride it really, it is fast when you need it to be. Equally happy bimbling around, turns well at speed and at slow speed. As you say, to get the extras that the GT has as standard, that BMW will cost an arm and a leg. Been all over France on mine, and just planned the next tour around Wales and Scotland for July. Take one out for a while, you'll love the sound, the handling and I bet you love the sheer brutality of it if you let her loose!! A good "cheaper" do it all bike
  14. Just out of interest, where do you all mount your camera? Looking to put it somewhere else other than the side of my helmet. And do you find it vibrates a lot if it's on the bike somewhere?
  15. Hi, Did you ever get this tested and working as desired? Wondered if you were gonna be / or are selling them?
  16. Thanks for the video, really helpful. As you say, quite bouncy at times. I see you use a TomTom. I wonder if its just the Garmins that have a problem with satellite interference? Have to say it looks much better there than where I have mine though.
  17. I have that very same Givi 47 ltr box on my Tracer GT, and I get both of my / my wifes Nolan N87 full face helmets in there at once. Closes no problem without having to force it shut. Mines a medium, hers is a small
  18. Wasn't there an issue with some people that having the nav above the LCD screen caused the nav to lose satellite reception? Could you let me know please as I would prefer mine to be mounted like this Thanks
  19. We're doing the Scotland NC500 in July. We're right on the south coast of UK so a bit of a trip to get up there to start with. Done it in a car before, so looking forward to doing it on the bikes. Initially gonna wild camp, but them midges are a nightmare, so looking at hostels/hotels probably. Weather can be very unpredictable, so plenty of gear going with me
  20. Ahh, just knew I'd read that somewhere about the blue and tail lights. Is it worth unplugging it and seeing what doesn't work anymore?
  21. I think I've seen it somewhere about Yamaha used blue for a live to tail lights?? Sure I've seen a motorcycle wiring site that suggested that. I'll try to find it EDIT: Motorcycle Wire Color Codes – Electrical Connection
