  1. I ordered 2 screens, one is Puig 35 CM in dark smoke short screen. Another one is Givi KD2121S smoke tint, this is much larger screen. Puig will be here this weekend. Givi is coming from Italy. Givi sent tracking about week ago hopefully it will show up soon. Once I receive it I will post my personal opinion on both.
  2. Did you replace it with different kind of windshield?
  3. Thanks for the excellent feed back. I do have the Clip on Windshield but doing 70-80 mph it shakes so bad, that my OEM windshield cracked tad bit. If I take the clip on off buffeting is so bad, I can't even hear myself talking. When I do stand up on the pegs noise disappears. I think I will order Give KD2121S as per jetpilot5's suggestion. I will up date once I receive the new windshield.
  4. I am looking for windshield for my Niken GT. OEM windshield buffeting like crazy so I am looking for shorter windshield like the ones in Regular Niken. If anyone selling one let me know please
  5. Can you take picture while its on the side stand? I made similar product but headlight housing bold didn't have enough thread. 6Mx18 mm coupling is great idea.
  6. I have Helite Mesh Jacket and Hit Air Vest love both of them. Use to have the Helite Vest hit a deer on Blue ridge parkway total my HD and I walked away scratch free. It is simply the best investment for any rider. If this airbag jeans every becomes production I will buy one regardless of its price.
  7. maximNikenGT, those crash bars look real good. I am saving my allowance for it.
  8. Let me chime in, I have 2019 Niken GT and my previous bikes were BMW R1200 GSA and HD Ultra Limited yes I have dropped both BMW and HD. It was much easier to pick up BMW then HD. As far as Niken my brother and I lay the Niken down in my garage. I want to see if I can pick the bike up by myself. Bike was fully loaded with fuel camping gear everything I need for 6 week trip. Of-course I put layers of protection so there won't be any damage. As compare to BMW, Niken was bit easy to pick up mostly because it has 3 contact points to the ground once its up. Reason for this exercise, I am planning trip to Alaska, I want make sure I can pick this thing up fully loaded. In 2019 I did cross country trip on my BMW one of the photo stops on CA highway 1 wind blow the bike over. Bike was fully loaded I couldn't pickup, had to unload everything then was able to.
  9. Nice can't wait to see the finish product. Are you going to make video of the installation?
  10. Did you install the crash bars yet? Do you have picture of the crash bars before the installation?
  11. Thanks for the reinsurance. I did use 87 on all of my BMW's and owner manual did say 91 is required. I am sure I will not have problem with Yamaha using 87. In spring I will test out using 87 just to make sure I don't hear any pinging. If I do hear it, I pack some octane booster.
  12. PM me your cell or email I send you info on how to mount your lights. I have been unsuccessful of posting picture here.
  13. I am using Mac. Let me see if I can find other alternative ways
