Thanks, I've removed the handguards and that seems to have helped a bit. It occurs periodically and is manageable. My stock Vstrom 650 feels more stable/planted on the freeway than my Tracer.

I have about 1k miles on my 2020 GT and I have encountered the feeling of front end instability/wind pushing the bike around above 65-70 MPH, on days with no wind and no trucks or other large vehicles anywhere near me. I'll try some of the suggestions here to see if they help. I have a Puig touring windscreen and stock handguards currently.

Thanks, I've got about 350 miles on my new 2020 Tracer GT now and the size of the bike is working well. I have the seat in the high setting and will be trying out the Yamaha comfort seat when it arrives.

I recently called the dealer for my 600 mile service and they are scheduling about 3 weeks out, and quoting a couple of hours and $315 (including throttle sync, not sure if that's needed). Ouch - I think I'll do this service myself and document it.

Interesting the difference between what Ride365 and kilo3 encountered.... Don't really want to spend the time or $ unnecessarily - have other stuff to do and to spend money on!

I recently picked up my new 2020 Tracer GT and now have about 90 miles on it. Per the dealer and the owner's manual my first oil change should be at 600 miles. I've heard that some owners change the oil initially at 100 miles instead of waiting until 600 miles. Is it common for owners to change it at 100 miles?

Thanks that sounds good. The forward lean is a common issue with my current bike as well. I don't take long trips, 1-3 overnights along Pacific Coast Highway or Yosemite, that type of thing.

Hello, I have a Super Tenere and am considering replacing it with a Tracer 900 GT. I've read a lot of good things about the Tracer - any thoughts if it's tall enough for someone 6'2" with 34" inseam? I'm guessing it would be OK on the high seat height setting but interested to hear thoughts on this. Thanks!
