Why install factory heated grips when you are stuck using their choice of rubber (which is usually too hard)? There are plenty of aftermarket heated grip tape options that allow you to use your choice of grips.

You shouldnt be running out of gas that early? How many miles are you running after the fuel light appears? You can go approx 30 miles on reserve.

Morgan Territory Road also has areas of loose gravel on those one lane areas. Both tires slid out but got grip before falling last week!

I find myself returning to Arai helmets also. Love the fit. I wouldn't know about the sound issues as I always wear ear plugs no matter what bike or helmet.

I now have 6K miles on mine and noticed the vibration at 4500 to 5500 RPM the day I rode it home and today it's still there. Coming off riding FJR's since my first 2003 model its hard to get used to because the vibration is right at the 70 mph cruising speed. This is supposed to be a sport TOURING model of the FZ-09 too bad I cant ride it longer than 20 minutes without my right hand going numb?? I tossed those hideous hand guards day one so guys its not that causing the vibe. Ive installed bar weights not sure if that helped much. Spoke to 2wheeldynworks in Seattle he says his mapping will fix the vibration. Hmmmmm??
