cschacker Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 I just bought the Shoei GT-Air. Have owned the Neotec and RF 1200 for racing. Fit seems the same, much quieter than Neotec. Also installed the SENA 10U, designed for the GT. Pretty clean set up, sounds is better than my old Sena. The all internal fitment is a big improvement. The helmet is light (carbon), is pretty quiet, and has a flip-down sun shade. The sun shade is a huge win--no more struggling with poking sunglass arms over my ears. Quieter, lighter, and better fit than Shoei Qwest. Better fit than old K3 (which was a size larger). Today 4/19 I rode with the new Scorpion EXO-GT920... WOW! I really like it. ?? koth442 Posted April 19, 2017 Share Posted April 19, 2017 HJC, SNELL 2010 rated. I don't recall the exact model. HJC has never done me wrong (I used to race, I've had a few oopsies). A friend of mine hit a garbage truck wearing an HJC with a speed differential around 20-25 mph and got off with a light concussion.
