In search of good workshop in South France/North Spain?

Hello, I am currently riding through Europe headed for Montpellier where I'll be living for a couple of months.

I'm looking for a good and reputable place to do full service on my Tracer, as well as upgrading the bike.

So question number 1 is: location of a good workshop on French southern coast/northern spain.

Question number 2: What are the best upgrades I can do on the bike for around 1000-1500euro. Quick shift and suspension might be interesting!
