Expantion tank is full - lack of water in radiator

There sure are O-rings.  There is also a 'transfer tube' that's more like an aluminum collar - it just connects the water pump to the engine block:

But if you've never had this apart, I doubt it's the issue.  You'd know by the colour of your oil, or it'd weep on the outside of the case.

New update :

Issue is solved.

I have to remove air from the system , and there was a lot ...

Right now after a couple of rides I can definitely say that this was the issue.

The level of the liquid stays at the top not as I started..
