Givi PLR2139 pannier rack with the Yamaha tail tidy?

Hi all,

Thinking of upgrading from the oem GT side cases to something bigger, and I've had good experiences on Givi cases on previous bikes. The PLR2139 rack seems to tick all the boxes for me, but was wondering if the set's crossbar fits with Yamaha's own tail tidy (B5CH45500000) that I have on the bike, or will they interfere each other. Anyone have any experience on this combination?
