I had a blown zipper on the jacket of a 2 piece riding suit. They replaced the zipper with a metal YKK zipper. The price was very reasonable - $25 - as was the shipping cost. I'd bet that they just charged me their cost. They communicated over the phone no problem. They said they were busy and warned me it might take 2 - 3 weeks, but it took < 2 weeks. I haven't crash tested it yet (and don't plan to), but you can't tell it's not the original zipper. I also understand that they make custom leathers (I think mainly for the cruiser crowd).
