They do not include the locks.

 

I want to rekey this lock to match the ignition key. Ive researched and found this to rekey the lock.

But do not understand if that is the entire mechanism. I do not know what the lock looks like.

I found this which looks more like the entire lock mechanism is included.

How did you buy a Tracer 9 GT without side cases? It comes with side cases keyed to the ignition from manufacturer.

In any case (lol), you do not want what is in that Revzilla link or anything to do with the previous FJR/FJ09/Tracer900 models.

You want part #: 59C-281C0-00-00 for the Gen3 Tracer side cases:

They may or may not have fallen off... 

I don't know if the lock failed or if I forgot to lock it. I have a terrible memory so I'm assuming I forgot to lock it. 

 

Does that part code include just the lock? I'm assuming it's 1x lock per unit so I would need 2x units. 

 

Do I need a rekey kit as well? The ebay picture looks like it includes the tumblers/wafers so I am assuming I do not. 

 

Just want to double check I've got everything this time. 

Yeah it's 1 lock barrel + wafers per order so you need 2 units. Standard SHAD stuff.

My link is direct to Yamaha's EU site so I doubt their pictures wouldn't be accurate with what comes per order.

Last I checked, Partzilla stocked these in the states; not sure what eBay seller you're looking at buying from.

The left saddlebag had a sudoku puzzle in it. 

 

I found out the locks I had on the panniers that fell off were installed incorrectly.
