Sounds like it’s right in my wheelhouse, then!    I didn’t that I’ve been eying it for awhile...

Their color match is true factory colors and is 100% perfect.  Note on their website for most colors there is both a solid and two-tone option, this is the two-tone paint option.

$210.00 for the unpainted Ermax belly pan from Motomachines  for the GT. That is not to bad at all!

Do you have to remove it to change the oil I would think getting to the filter is blocked as well though it almost serves as a skid plate?

Whose saddle do you have?

The belly pan is not like a skid plate, it doesn't have a bottom, only the front and sides.  It really doesn't serve any real purpose other than maybe keeping a few rocks off of the headers.  Changing the oil has never been an issue with it installed.

The seat is custom built locally from Rich's Custom Seats.

Had a local shop do a brake service with flush, refill, bleed and new EBC HH pads up front.

Brakes are noticeably stronger, esp rear which was very spongy.

EBC pads have nice feel and provide  one-finger braking under most condx. Exactly the improvement I was looking for.

$150 USD in labor plus $75 for pads.

I don't want to preach or criticize but brake service is extremely straight forward, watch a Youtube video and DIY!!  Save yourself $150.

This $10 tool should be all you need to routinely flush and bleed your brake system.

*Aids in the servicing and bleeding of hydraulic brakes. *Check valve allows...

Why not just buy speeder bleeder nipples

I hear ya @betoney.  And you are spot on.

I  am up for doing light maintenance stuff but not other chores.  I went commercial with brakes cause:

* Brake fluid is nasty and I'd rather not deal with it.

* I wanted a full flush including ABS pump and module and did not have a vacuum pump to suck out fluid

* I've never bled an ABS system and did not want experiment with mine!

The old ST 1300 forum organized work days on a regional basis. Folks would gather at a knowledgeable member's garage and work on their bikes (usually valve checks).  Maybe we should think about that here?  Talk to @mellow for details about how it was set up.

why dont we have both GIF

Exactly the same concept, and I actually use both together.   It’s probably overkill, but there’s no possibility of an air bubble getting drawn back into the caliper once it’s in that ‘middle ground’ hose between the caliper valve and the bleeder tool check valve.

Yes, exactly the same principal, just 2x the cost. 🤷‍♀️
