The build quality is just ok, the lenses seem chincy but the rest is good. On par with oem brightness. Thanks, I’ve been looking at those as well but I’m not sure about the look of them on this bike, but they do have some great reviews from folks who have them, just might bite the bullet and go with the Yamah LED’s. kilo3 443 Posted Tuesday at 02:07 AM Took advantage of above freezing temps and put my RG tank grips, they are meh, should have went with stomp grips but I cheaped out. Maybe they get nice and sticky in the heat🤷♂️
2and3cylinders 1,184 Posted Tuesday at 12:07 PM Haven't tried the RG but IMO the Tech Spec are also meh... So after changing to the Stomp Grips years ago on my other bikes, went with the Stomp Grip clear (tank) / black (side panels) kit for my fastest red 15 I believe in 2016. The more aggressive mini volcanoes work well but I usually wear leathers, ballistic synthetics or heavy mesh. Even when I wear Kevlar lined jeans I've not noticed irritation like some sensitive bunnies have complained about. The other nice thing about Stomps is IF you have the surface super clean with isopropyl alcohol, you can reposition the grips 2 or 3 times until they are located exactly where you need them, and they then still stick great. Mileage: around 12500km, price: 255€ for set, grip is very good in dry or wet.

dazzler24 671 Posted Wednesday at 12:30 AM New bits from Italy have arrived! About to install the GIVI TN2122 bars on my 2015 vintage Tracer. I've been toying with doing this for a very long time and after almost dropping my bike for the second time in its life (walking pace), I decided that it was time for a little more protection. There will now be a place at last for some footpegs to attach to as well so I can stretch out occassionally. Any suggestions? The bars are made from 1" tube.
dazzler24 671 Posted Wednesday at 07:53 AM And to complete the GIVI TN2122 install mentioned in my previous post..... As per other comments elswhere it was a bit of a PITA to install but I'm happy with how these look overall. I wanted something that didn't 'overwhelm' the sides of the machine and I think these do just that while providing the level of protection that I wanted. Now, what highway pegs do I get...??

Quick question, what rider's footpegs did you fit on your bike. The ones I got don't fit that nice, the hole is a bit of center resulting in wierd angles of the footpegs.
Just-Tim 6 Posted Wednesday at 11:50 AM I saw this set up in a search. Found the SW Motech guards, pricey! Wasn’t able to run down the pegs but this looks like what I need. Can anyone identify the pegs, and do you know if they’ll work with the GIVI guards? Thanks, Tim

HI lospsi, I can't find my link to the pegs I bought but I'm reasonably confident that they are these: - http://amzn.to/2sipm1T I say that as I got the tip a few years ago here. Good luck.
