How old are you?

Wondering about the ages of those who buy the FJ-09.  Please give it up and let us know. (In 2018 I will be 72)

Well redfjniner you should have started out by telling us how old you are.
I don't count since I have not purchased my FJ09 yet!
But I'm not ashamed I'm 69 and damned amazed I lived this long!

It's a bike for that mid-life crisis. Yamaha should do a Seroxat and hormone replacement accessory pack.
This signature is left blank as the poster writes enough pretentious bollocks as it is.

If that's true then I'm in trouble  :D , having my midlife crisis at 27. Then again I do feel like a grumpy old man at times.

48.  I've been riding for 15 years and this is my 5th bike and 2nd triple.

While I have really loved three of the bikes, the FJ is I think the best of the lot.  It's less exciting than the Daytona 675 and the triple sound is much more muted but the motor is easier to ride and loses nothing at the top end and ho boy is it nimble and comfy to ride, the latter of which is mattering more and more with every passing year.

I LOVE MY BIKE.

42. Riding bikes since I was 12, even though the first one
was a hard tail mini bike powered by a 5hp snowblower Briggs. engine with a plywood seat and a centrifugal clutch. The most intense years with motorcycling have been the last 12. FJ 09 is my 5th Yamaha.
