Has anyone had this issue? Thanks in advance for any advice.It just takes a little time to learn how to get all three mounting points lined up correctly. Also if the locking mechanism doesn't close easily you have to seat the bags firmly so it will close with any or very little pressure. Keep trying you get them on.
