FJ-09 Exhaust Options

I will be on a new FJ-09 next month, and will be looking to modify the exhaust immediately. I see that the Akrapovic full system is popular with FJ-09 owners. I have experience with many exhausts over time on different bikes, but never Akrapovic. Wondering what it sounds like. I do not mind loud (actually like it) but I do want a low pitch.
Has anyone installed a Two Brothers system?

No aftermarket exhaust in my future until the FJR sells and the wife gets off disability. I will be looking at the M4 exhaust that a lot of guys have on the FZ-09 forum.

I am pretty interested in that M4 slip on as well. Don't know that I need a full system.
I have seen some chatter about conflicts with the center stand, and hope that is not an issue, because the center stand wins!

Normally not too quick to swap the stock exhaust for aftermarket. However, coming from an FZ-09 I'm very interested in moving the HP/Wt ratio back towards the FZ side. For the FZ it seemed the Akro Carbon full system offered the best bang for the buck by dropping more than 8 pounds and adding a couple of HP. Be interested to see what others come up with for reducing weight. I'll be picking up my new FJ in a few days and will have plenty of time to contemplate how to make it better while waiting for Winter to be over. Likely won't make too many changes until I can ride it and establish a "base line" to compare against.

Anyone tried another exhaust than the Titanium Akrapovic yet ?? To be honest, the M4 exhaust sounds great, and its half the price of the Akra. Would be worth paying a few £ to modify the centre stand, if it needed it.
Sounds like you have a new tasking governor? Notice how us yanks try to impose some (what we think is) British humor? I am interested in mods as well. I think the M4 is priced right and sounds good.

From what I've read and seen in vids, the M4 needs the cat to be cut off ( could be rewelded later ) and tends to pop and crackle without a tune. It does have a bung for the O2 sensor on inner side. Does sound good, and price is right.

Heard an unrestricted full Yoshimura carbon system in person the other day. All I can say is DAMN. It was loud but sounded mean as hell. If I had an FZ it'd be my first choice. On my FJ? Not so much. I'm not sure I want a pipe on this bike but I'll reserve judgement till I hear the Arka full Ti system in person. I'm all about trying to shed some lbs as long as it doesn't get obnoxious loud.

On order! I think it's first FJ-09 full exhaust shipped so wish me luck! http://www.twobros.com/sku/005-4170105/exhaust/Yam-FJ09-S1R-FULL-15.html
Looking forward to your thoughts on this once you have it installed! With no cat, I assume it's gonna snap, crackle and pop without a reflash, but it looks nice.
Don't think its the first full system shipped.... O_o  I posted some video of my Akropovic with insert out its loud... Hopefully you have a little more noise with the "insert in" than I did. Please  let us know your thoughts.

"Any" aftermarket exhaust you add to this bike is going to snap, crackle & pop regardless of any reflash or tune you do untill you install Block off plates <link (with discription of what they do)

Some reflash software allows the tuner to disable the AIS effectively eliminating the need for block offs.....so it should help with the popping/backfiring.
