First Ride on FJ

When I received mine last January I put 100km on the dyno as there was quite a bit of snow here in Canada. My first ride was early March. Just a short trip up the road and back to get a feel. Same conditions...cold as in single digits Celsius and a bit of grit in some places. Coming from a CBR500RA, I also used B Mode for a couple weeks at the beginning. The more I ride this bike, the more I love it. As far as the windshield, I cut mine down and spray tinted the back of it. Wind hits me about the shoulders. Been out once this season for a quick 120km loop...but the weather has relapsed just a little. So now I wait for better weather. ..gives me time to replace the rear tire. (Worn right out now at 6500km)
