I went to see my local dealer last week just to have a feel for the prices, and he offered 3k for my sv650... which is more than I would of gotten by selling it so... I said yes! Not sure if or how im getting screwed by the dealer, but I'm at a point that I want the bike so much I don't really mind it that much. Anyways, hope this works out! This was me, ditching my cbr-250 3 weeks ago, and now I have a gorgous red FJ sitting in mygarage. It will work out great. I rode the SV650 a couple years back... nice engine with a bit of grunt... but the FJ....ahhh, the FJ.I went SV650S -> 675 Street Triple R -> FJ-09, over a period of 15 years. During the same time my second/backup bike went: ZX-6E -> TL1000S -> K'el'R 650 -> WR250X -> KTM690R. Welcome to the FJ-09, enjoy your bikes! FJ-09, 690 Enduro R. Back Roads. Period.
