Premium Member rustyshackles Posted May 7, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted May 7, 2016 Has anyone used this on a matte grey FJ-09? I read that it's not recommended for matte finishes, but it's water based so I'm not sure why. I've used it on previous bikes and it works well, just spray on and rinse off. Done on no time. gwader
Is that like the old Honda polish? The old one worked great on my all matte black R1.

Premium Member wessie Posted May 7, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted May 7, 2016 "leaves a bright shine" must give a clue - it will convert your matt finish into a shiny one by coating it in some sort of silicon polymer. The stuff that makes water bead on shiny paint. This signature is left blank as the poster writes enough pretentious bollocks as it is.
