indyfjrider
For those of you that live near Indy, "Motorcycles on Meridian" is an annual event that draws 20,000+ motorcycles and up to 50,000 spectators to downtown Indianapolis on Meridian street and around Monument circle. It is a lot of fun and you get to see a lot of cool bikes. Starts at noon but most folks show up after 5pm. Look up "motorcycles on meridian" on Facebook for more info. PS - There is an unsanctioned group ride around I465 that starts at 11pm Saturday night that culminates in a parking lot where you may or may not witness some hooliganism. empire00
This was always one of my favorite parts of riding up to the motoGP weekend. Hope they still have a good turnout.
tgblythe
I've been there a couple of times, too bad the Indy MotoGP is no more, it was a lot of fun.
LaFartessa
Attended the MotoGP races every year beginning with the inaugural. Really enjoyed the Indy experience, including MOM, where I was introduced to the urban sportbike subculture. Although I've managed to attend the races at COTA several times, really miss Indy!
