Cuff:
If I could ask another question did they come with on/off switch?   Not a big issue but would be nice  to know.

The lights did yes.  Just a cheap red lighted switch that I mounted just above the right side blank power port.  That empty round hole will be getting a voltmeter next week.  :-)

The lights are 60w Ebay LEDs and wired through the High Beam Via a relay, Powered from Battery and 10amp fuse. The mount bar is custom made 1x1/4 aluminium bar with 1' round bar welded on the ends to take the light clamps. Bar is bolted to the lower screen mounts.

What bracket/how did you mount the light bar to the forks like that? I know there is a seller on Ebay that sells a kit, but the light itself is like $8.00 and the kit is like $60.00

Lightbar on the forks are fitted with 2" spotlight brackets with a bar between them to mount the LED. Powered on by the Grey Outlets behind the screen.

What I see being from the Southern United States is he has all these lights on the front of the bike, it's sunset AND there are no bugs on the front of the bike......NOT 1! Are there bugs over there? There has to be right? At sunset here, I pull into a truck stop and drink coffee till an hour after sunset and from a 1/2 hour before sunset. It's easier than spending an hour and a half washing the bike. Drinking coffee, or tea is much easier. Nice bike and thank you bugs for playing fair, HA!

Ain't no fun when the rabbit gets the gun!
