I finished up installing the updated oil pan last night and was unsure of this spec to re-install the exhaust. If you talking about the two bolts that hold that eye shape cover for the strainer the books says 10 Nm (1.0 - kgf, 7.2 ft Ibf). I would just tighten it by hand.
