You have to try really hard to run out of fuel with the Tracer across the Channel. You are more likely to do it in northern Scotland. If you had a bike with a 70 mile range than fuel anxiety might be real.
 
France used to be a problem as many stations are unstaffed but the change to chip & PIN cards means the technology is now standardised across Europe. Just like the UK, many French supermarkets have fuel and you are never far from an Autoroute with fuel every 50km.
 
When touring on the Tracer I used to stop every 150 miles or so. My arse or bladder would be the limiting factor not the tank. A 20 minute break to get a coffee, ice lolly if hot, take a piss and you are ready for another 150 miles.

Alejandro, you have that reversed. Your RPM will increase by the ratio of 16/15. john
Ah, right! 
Fewer teeth in front = engine has to spin more to move the same number of teeth = higher RPM for same speed
 
Fewer teeth in back = other way around
