Tony Doms Posted May 12, 2019 Share Posted May 12, 2019 Hello there, I have just purchased a 2015 Tracer 900, which I take delivery in about 10 days. The dealer is just waiting on a lowering kit which is on back order. I previously owned (presently still own) an FJR1300 and decided to downsize to the Tracer because of it light weight yet is still viable for two-up and day touring. The majority of the motor bikes I have owned have been Yamahas starting with a Yamaha 80 single two-stroke in about 1967. I ride mostly with the Ulysses Club here in New Zealand, a club for over 40 year old riders. I look forward to participating in this forum regularly. The Tracer is a great lightweight sport touring bike, and I hope you really enjoy yours. Is yours a new 2015 model? It’s amazing that there are still a few new ones out there to be found...
