Duke Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 I did receive my Scorpion slip-on, and I installed it this weekend. It looks and performs great on the bike. I will say that it is actually louder than I expected, especially with the baffle removed. With no baffle, it's louder than my wife's CBR954RR with a Two Brothers Racing pipe. With the baffle in place, it's about the same volume, but has a deeper sound. I'm satisfied with the sound of pipe. Not so obnoxious as to upset the neighbors, but loud enough to be heard over other engine noises. 3 Old enough to know better, but young enough to do it anyway. Problems: Trying to fit the muffler nut and bolt, couldn't get enough angle to allow a Hex Key to be used. Changed to normal nut and bolt.
