Premium Member fddriver2 Posted December 14, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted December 14, 2019 I have a 2015 that I'm going try to put a oil pan protector that will fit on the 2016's and up. (The updated oil pan). The last oil change I put the Yamaha oil plug for the R1. It has an allen key head (low profile) and I'm going to file down the ridge that's supposed to protect the plug. We'll see if it fits. This is what I bought from Aliexpress. It's cheap, but I'm not into it for much if it doesn't work out.
