ilanr1
Hi , i have noticed a knocking sound from the left shock , my internals are completely Andreanni not stock ones.. No leaking issue all is dry. I can definitely hear it over small bumps on the road. I'm going to disassemble it , what should i check ? Or in other words what could be defective ?. Thanks Edited January 14, 2020 by ilanr1

Did the issue start when you installed the cartridges or have you had the cartridges installed for awhile? ***2015 Candy Red FJ-09***
ilanr1
No it just started lately. I have the Andreanni cartridges for 3 years with no issues. Maybe it's the inner bushing ?

Maybe it's the inner bushing ? Definitely a possibility. I just replaced mine when I found a small patch of brass showing through the Teflon material. the other possibility I’ve read about is the springs and spacers knocking into the outer fork tube. Someone solved that issue with some Orings. -Skip
