Speedo Error with Sprocket Change?

On a related topic -- On a recent ride I ran in A mode and realized I'd been wasting my life in Standard mode all these months.  The drive out of corners in A mode feels like there is more HP available, but I guess it's just faster throttle response.   It definitely is a lot more fun.

When I had my ECU flashed at 2WDW, I called and talked to them about some of the changes and they told me that A-mode is 'quick turn', not more powerful but it happens in a slightly shorter turn of the throttle. 

I sent my ECU back when I got my Scorpion exhaust for a different fuel map, I also had them set it to default to A-mode and couldn't be happier, very smooth and controlled, not jerky or choppy at all.
