Popular Post tktplz
Just went for a ride since it was 71 instead of 81 this morning at 7AM. Got out and road till about 11AM. Back roads out here by Lake Bistineau. Our lake has tons of cypress trees that are full of Spanish Moss. Real scenic. Stopped a few times and took pix of the journey. Notice the store is closed up but the windows are painted like they still open. It was nice for it to feel a bit chilly with the mesh jacket on for the 1st hour. After that it was just right. Just as I got home it was getting hot. Says it was 87 and felt like 106. Yeah this is southern humidity! Still a fun bike too. 😁 5 5 Ain't no fun when the rabbit gets the gun! Supporting Member texscottyd Posted July 4, 2020 Supporting Member Share Posted July 4, 2020 Nice ride @tktplz! There’s something really charming about the part of the country... kind of the ‘upper bayou’ areas of Louisiana, and over into the east Texas piney woods. I’m overdue for a loop out that way myself... Thanks for sharing the pics. -Scott
Supporting Member texscottyd Posted July 5, 2020 Supporting Member Share Posted July 5, 2020 Ride complete, bike tucked safely away in the garage, and FJ Louisiana Beer Shelf deployed... My favorite is the Abita Turbo Dog, but that’s hard to find around here... 2

Go ahead, you CAN ask me how I know, LOL! 2 Ain't no fun when the rabbit gets the gun!
