SOLD. 2019 Versys 1000 SE LT+

Recommended Posts

SOLD

Up for sale is my pristine 2019 Versys SE LT+
This is the one with all the creature comforts with just over 2k miles. Cruise control, cornering lights, electronic suspension, heated grips, TFT display dash, quick shifter, etc. Absolutely perfect condition with no damage/issues whatsoever. Never down or dropped. I’ve added the Kawasaki tail trunk and the color matched insert, along with the passenger backrest. The trunk is keyed to match the rest of the bike. Also had the seat rebuilt/recovered by Sargent. It presently has a Givi Tanklock mounting ring installed, which I can leave installed if that is a system you use. It also has a SW-Motech GPS mounting system installed. I will keep the actual Zumo XT cable/mount, but the SW-M bracket, etc will stay with the bike (if wanted). Also included is the Kawasaki OEM bag liners and a paper copy factory service manual. Factory warranty until June of 2021.

Reason for selling? Downsizing a bit and moving to smaller/lighter bikes as they all seem to get heavier the older I get!

Located in Sidney NE, which is an easy drive from DIA for anyone wanting to do a fly and ride.

Fresh oil and filter change and ready to ride!

$13,500

Thanks!

Rod

I test rode a 2020 Versys 1000 recently.  It's a great bike and very tempting.  I'm currently trying to decide whether I trade my 2015 FJ-09 or upgrade the FJ with a slipper clutch and cruise control.

This is my second Versys 1000 - trading for the standard features offered on the new model.   It’s been a great bike,   The green on the ‘20 is stunning, although I still like the colors on the ‘19 as well.

Okay, FINAL price. Would much rather see this great bike go to a fellow rider than let a dealer have it.

$12,950

I’m also decided to include the GIVI XS307 TankLock tankbag that I bought for the Versys as it does not work well with the Tracer.  Bag was purchased 3 months ago at Revzilla for $152 plus tax.  Perfect condition.

I've been eying that bike for awhile now and if I could sale my Tracer, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Good luck!

Yes, great bike. I test rode one before buying my Tracer. The price difference was the only reason I didn't pull the trigger. The engine is typical inline 4 in being butter smooth and strong. Less character than the 900 but great. More bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at. Mama Kawi is trying to play with Ducati and BMW but that's tough sledding. Have you all seen that Ducati is coming out with a brand new V4 engine for their Multistrada that gives 170HP and uses spring valves with 36,000 mile valve adjustment intervals?

The price difference (which even worse with the ‘21 model) is what kept me away for quite some time.  But when a riding buddy of mine got a ‘19 model and I had the chance to really see how good they really are, I bit the bullet and bought one!

Agreed, fantastic bike.  I actually test rode the Versys twice before deciding on the FJ-09, I liked the sporty engine and handling of the smaller FJ better.  I test rode the older Versys before the revision with all of the bells and whistles, I'm sure I would really like the new version as well.

More pictures......   I’m also motivated to sell since it is getting near the end of the season.
