I’ve always been a fan of this little company in NorCal.  I love to shop local when I can, and these guys have been around for ages now, so I’m  happy to send them my money for a nice piece of kit.

I agree! I used to live not far from this shop, and the owners, Rich and Kathy, are very involved in the riding community. I got to know them a little bit, as a friend of a friend, I got invited to sit with them at Sears Point, and they are just good people who care a lot about their product.  It's definitely a company worth cheering for.

I didn’t do electrics. Good idea though. I’ll likely end up with weird battery connections and stuff shoved in the bag.

It’s been a great bag so far! Holds the essential stuff I need on the tank and I’m happy.

Got mine and installed it yesterday and went for a ride.  LOVE IT.

Although, with new gear comes new problems and new things to remember.  As I was riding back through the rain and snow from Wetaskiwin last night, I kind of looked down and gave the bag a wiggle to test for stability, and wouldn't you know it, I forgot to zip the damn thing up.  Thankfully, nothing blew out, and, despite the intense 'wet', everything stayed dry, even with the zipper wide the eff open.

Love the electrics RKA provided...a battery cable with an extension that feeds into the bag in such a way as no water will be allowed in, and they provide a dual USB port.  Perfect for a cpl gadgets; keeps them dry and fully charged at all times.
