Danielblue
I'm considering adding this or something like it Motorcycle sat nav ... A little while ago I saw someone had made a mount for attaching a ball to the windshield adjuster without needing to drill through it. I can't seem to find the post that contained that, but I'm wondering if someone could make a means to mount something like this to the adjuster handle without needing a permanent nor sticky modification to the bike? SKYFLIX
Hmmm. That's quite an interesting piece of kit. I like it, especially the "compass" mode where you find your own roads. If you are using a Madstad screen, their mount has holes which line up perfectly with the RAM clutch/brake lever mounts. No need to drill anything. Just bolt and go. That's what I've done to mount my Zumo.
Danielblue
Looks like Printed Parts makes the mount I was thinking of. I'd want to remove the ball mount and attach the Beeline Moto directly in that spot... Edited October 18, 2020 by Danielblue
BBB
I have the Beeline moto and quite like riding with it. It doesn’t cope with twisty, odd-junction Welsh roads very well, but it’s easy to backtrack when you realise you’ve made a mistake. I just use the super-simple giant O rings it comes with and it sits between the risers. Universal Elastic Strap Mount This simple, lightweight mount can be attached to almost any bar, whatever... Danielblue
Main thing for me would be mounting it a bit higher, once I put my tankbag on the center of the bar is right at the edge of the sight line
BBB
As it’s battery operated, stick it on your tank bag? Red 2015 Tracer, UK spec (well, it was until I started messing with it...)
Danielblue
Could... SW motech actually makes a mount that connects to the daypack if I really want to go that route too
