Pietje
Hi guys and gals, I am new on this forum, so don't know if it is the right place to ask for your advice and knowledge. I have a Tracer 900GT and want to change the hand grips, clutch- and throttle side, but have the grip warming standard on the bike. Can I just take these off, replace the grips with new ones or am I going to screw up the heated grips ?
kilo3
The heat is integrated into the grips, remove the grips, remove the heat.
Pietje
Hi kilo3 Thanks for your answer, so it is not possible to just replace the outer grip to a bit more "pimped" one ?
BBB
@Pietje, have a search for replacement grips. You may find some that slip over the original one, like grip puppies do. EDIT: link added https://grip-puppy.com/fitting-instructions Red 2015 Tracer, UK spec (well, it was until I started messing with it...)
