Abrupt Throttle in A Mode

Recommended Posts

Its ride by wire. There is usually zero lag.
That is true but in the this case it takes a cable to activate the wire.  If there is slack in the cable, then there is lag time.

All this talk about a snatchy throttle???? Mine is as [span style=font-size:x-large]smo[/span]oth as silk in A,B, and Std. modes.   But then again I'm coming off a 05FJR with 124hp and 92 ft. lbs. torque and a 2014 FZ-09, both known for snatchy throttles, with the FZ being totally unsafe snatchy wet your pants crappy.  Both of those bikes had to have modifications to make them acceptable.  My FJ-09 is perfect.

Now if you came off a 250 or even a 600, you may be feeling what all that additional torque does when you twist the trottle and therefore need to learn to be gentle and apply more control over hand movement. :)

I'm very Familiar with G2 Ergo hand guards from the dirt world. Great products. great customer service. My experience has been very positive with their "bark protectors".

Anyone have experience with g2ergo.com?
There are testimonials from FJR owners etc.

To me, my bike is snatchy..

There is a nice write up with pictures on the G2 Throttle Tamer in the How To section.
