Madstadt Screen & Ohlins Shock

Installed the Madstadt Windshield Assembly this year. Fit and finish are excellent. After experimenting with the positioning I finally found that sweet spot. No buffetting anymore. The screen is low enough to see over it(I hate looking through a windshield). You just need to order the correct height. I installed the Ohlins basic shock with rebound adjustment and the optional remote preload adjuster. Just a tremendous difference in the handling and ride of the bike. Unfortunately the stock unit is crap. I have Racetech Springs to install in the front forks. Hope to get to that in a week. My take on installing performance suspension is that if you go with the correct spring rates the ride might be too firm for your liking. Something to consider.
