Installed my side cases and Yamaha lowering links today. Takes a little more effort on initial turn in now but the bike is way more stable setting wheelies down now. I also ended up backing of preload in the rear from 5 to 4.
 
 

is that on the side stand or the center stand?  Should measure it when its on the side stand.

Good luck finding a flip front that is an snell rated.

How's the wind noise? Any whistling at speed?

 
A lot of factors affect wind noise. I will say it's more quite than my last two convertible helmets from HJC.

What feedback have the FZ09 owners given-do they notice a change for the better? 

 
Some say yes and some say no.

Has anyone put an R3 push lever assembly on the FJ09 yet? Just wondering if it can be done and if it reduced clutch lever effort by a noticeable amount? I noticed some of the fz09 owners are using them. Figured it might be worth trying for $10.

 

What is the correct configuration? Mine came off the showroom floor with the brake side wiring in front of the risers, and the clutch side wiring behind the risers (which makes sense to keep the wiring away from the ignition switch area). I just assumed they were all delivered this way...

the bikes are shipped from Japan crated and assembled by the dealer. I have the unpacking and assembly instructions at home ( out at work at the moment ). I would suggest that any dealer incapable of sticking a bike together following clear instructions, won't be worthy of your future custom. 
Take it back and tell them till get it sorted.

Crash, why are your wires behind the handlebar risers? Shouldn't they be in front of them?

 
Never noticed it. I'll add it to the to do list.

Throttle body sync. Now I'm heading to the dealership to pick up my licence plate.
 

I removed the IXIL exhaust the bike, used, came with. I got a stock exhaust, free.....just have to get it on the bike now.

 
How is The quality on that exhaust? I've heard mixed stories. Are you planning on selling it?

I wish my side cases would show up. On backorder until the end of May.

Adjusted my aps today and it mad a big improvement! Still have a slight jerk when on and off the throttle but it's more than likely my chain. I'm close to time for the first adjustment. If I still have the slight jerk after doing it i may go down another number or two.
