Just checked mine at 30,000km...

All 6 exhaust valves were tight...

Checked the valve clearances early (29,000km)...
All exhaust valves were tight - just gotta wait for the shims to arrive...

Indeed the MA006 - it was shorter that the MA009.  The bar is about an in less width than the stock as well.

New flight deck complete.  Did a lot of looking around at various risers and such.  Really wanted to lower the bar to a more aggressive feel.  Ended up settling a Rizoma bar that delivers everything I wanted.  Lower and better sweep on the bars.  No more chicken-wings while riding in a tuck.  These just clear the tank dressing by about 1/4-1/2 inch.  I can tell you riding it on my garage on the center stand going vroom vroom was really really comfortable - It's snowed yesterday. 
 

 

Nitron recommend between 30-40mm of fully kitted up rider sag, at the rear.

Nitron NTR 1. I ran out of time today, so wheel still off and then sag to set, but I’m looking forward to trying it out.

Not much to it really, opening the 30mm nut is the most difficult part...
 
Next job is to put 2.5 weight oil in the compression leg of the Andreanis...

I just finished now myself - kinda chili her in NY.  Install went really smooth.  Test run around the neighborhood was so nice, i initially thought I maybe did something wrong.  Clutch pull is butter as well as the shifting, like to this point you can't really notice you hit the next gear - in either direction.  I was strangely amazed at what $230 and an hour of your time could do to your FJ.  I have the Andreanis as well and have already dropped the congressperson side to 2.5.  I'll probably get the upgrade from Matt over the winter as he seems to make the Andreani's sing.
