Just another question guys, do the OEM hand guards clash with the V-Stream on full lock or is there clearance?

Thanks for the advice, I have been a little undecided whether to run with the sport/touring or the higher full touring version. Given I am only 5'6" (1.675m) my thinking is the sport/touring screen should be adequate. I don't get knocked around a lot with the standard screen but enough to be irritating when the wind gets up. I am mainly a short-range day rider with the occasional overnighter chucked in, but no more than about 185 mikes (300kms) a day though. The touring screen looks massive to me in the pic's and videos. Being vertically challenged what is the recommendation, sport/touring or full/touring?

I am looking at upgrading my standard screen to a VStream+ Sport/Tour Windscreen and was looking for feedback about these from members who have upgraded to this screen. The quality looks excellent and they are nicely styled but do they work well?

Having only recently entered into the world of Tracer 900 I am only just getting familiar with the machine. Previously I had an FJR 1300 and both headlights on that machine operated at all times whether of low or high beam whereas on my Tracer only one headlight operates while on low beam, and both operate in high beam.Is this normal for the Tracer, or is there something wrong with my bike?

I ditched the Phillips screwdrivers years ago and replaced them with JIS (Japanese Industry Standard) screwdrivers, essential for owners of Japanese bikes. There's no going back after using these.

Warranty would not be an issue in this Country, as a manufacturer if you sell a dodgy product here you pay, end of story, and that is how it should be. We have an act in law that supersedes all manufacturers  warranties. They don't screw with us here.

Not new texscottyd, has only done 15,000kms though.

Hello there, I have just purchased a 2015 Tracer 900, which I take delivery in about 10 days. The dealer is just waiting on a lowering kit which is on back order. I previously owned (presently still own) an FJR1300 and decided to downsize to the Tracer because of it light weight yet is still viable for two-up and day touring. The majority of the motor bikes I have owned have been Yamahas starting with a Yamaha 80 single two-stroke in about 1967.  I ride mostly with the Ulysses Club here in New Zealand, a club for over 40 year old riders. I look forward to participating in this forum regularly.
