Seems simple enough but will it be like the TCS where you need to come to a stop to switch it, or will it upset the ECU when it loses the signal.

I removed the 2 abs fuses under the seat and problem solved! I hate abs, I think it's dangerous, and degrading to motorcyclists as a whole lol.
Would it be possible to wire in switches?

31000km, spent at least 100kmh WOT.
Replaced chain at 29000km.

The RAM mount is mounted via the windshield screws, iirc its a combination of RAM mirror mounts and dedicated GPS RAM mounts, I need to make a few spacers to even out each side of the windshield but it works.
The handlebar mount is a jerry rig ad/hoc of a gopro handbar mount and another GPro mount.
Stuck a mount to my phone lol.

So...long time no talk.
Since the last time I was here I've added a few farklers and did a few farkly things.
I've installed GIVI crash bars (and tested)
Installed a RAM mounted GPS, will be wiring it via the accessory loom.
I've taken her offroad.
On the perfect road.
And been snapped by a few photographers in Sydney, Australia.
Soon I'll be doing a dual headlight mod and installing some spotties.

Recall part in.
CCT tightened (still occasional tick).
Mechanic did a once over "at yamahas expense", practically a service without the oil change lol.
Started to get prices on roll cages and spotties.

but many do - just look at all of the used bikes in dealer shops that are 1 or 2 years old and have just 2-3000 miles on them (I'm making a big assumption it is the same in the US as the UK)But I'll have already farkled my current FJ and not likely I'd start over again. Unless another jihadist deer gets me, again.
And Aus. Particularly the LAMS/LearnerBikes

Took her to a farm where we decided to test her flat offroad capabilities.
TCS works lol.
Next up is a bashplate and a fire trail.

The bikes ABS runs through the ECU due to the Teneré kit.
You can't just bypass it.

Got a bit dirty.

Tweaked suspension.
95kg frame with luggage.
Front 2xfull turn clockwise compression, 1 turn clockwise rebound.
Rear 2 click harder compression, 1 full turn rebound.
Nice, feels remarkably like my Street triple r.

ABS/TCS is not good for when you're at a 60° incline, they both activate and you go sliding down the hill lol.
It takes a lot to activate the ABS on these bikes, didn't feel it once on the track, but it's a great peace of mind to know that if there is a potential phuck up you're not going to squabble away.
