There is something special about that bike. I'm sure that sprint is better in every measurable way but hearing that v4 sing though a good pipe just made it

I'll have to take a closer look at the at I've heard a lot of good things. Really regretting getting rid of my 5th gen vfr. I was surprisingly comfortable 2 up

If you don’t mind a little more weight, the Versys 1000 is a great bike.
The Tracer is a bit cramped for long hauls 2 up but is perfect for long solo trips.
Yea I love the bike but having my heels catch on the passenger's feet really doesn't work. What was your overall impression of the versys?

I'll have to try out a vstrom and a versys 1000 but I think I'll have to go back to having 2 bikes. 2up is not a priority but I'd like to do the occasional long weekend

So I bought a 19 non gt this spring hoping it would be a perfect do it all bike but the passenger peg location makes riding two up difficult. I already tried the knight lower front pegs but there's still not enough room between the two. Any ideas before I move on?

So yesterday I finally installed the MFW Vario footpeg. Or at least the one on the right side.
What I liked:
- the fact that the peg moves down 35mm is really nice
What I didn't like:
- the fact that the peg really comes out to the side, forcing your foot in a uncomfortable position to reach the brake pedal
- the fact that due to the construction (which is angled and works in steps), the peg either moves bit forward or a bit to the rear. Both are not good for me.
So, I took it off and the pegs are up for sale.
Now I'm looking into the Knight Design pegs. I did like the 20-35mm lowering of the MFW, but KD only makes 1" (25mm) or 1.5" (38mm). I'm afraid 38mm might be too far down and might be giving issues with the brake/gear pedals.
What did you finally end up going with? Debating between the 1 and 1.5 as well

Any ballpark on shipping to 04274? I just figured a flat number shipped would be easier than making an offer and waiting on the the shipping cost

Great. I'm picking up a standard tracer in a couple weeks. I'm going to wait until I actually have the bike in hand, but if you still have them I'll take them if you could do 500 shipped

Thinking I'm going to move on from the tracer.

The only thing I really hated about the vfr was it ran way too hot in my opinion
