I fired up my bike (with 10.5 K miles on it) this morning and heard the loud clicking and pooped my pants. Got on the Know Issues forums here and watched some youtube videos. Thanks to all who posted. Parking my bike until my APE CCT shows up in the mail.

As a means of recording commuting close calls here in crazy Southern California, I mounted a Mobius camera to the front of my bike. Right now I have it plugged into the 12V Utility socket but one of these days I will rewire it to one of the open connectors in front of the odometer.
It is considered a permanent installation. The Mobius has loop recording so it just keeps recording new files over old files. Camera powers up when bike powers up and shuts down when bike powers down.
I wanted it to be small so as not to draw attention to itself. It is virtually impossible to notice it without it being pointed out and having to bend down to have a looks see. I put a lexan cover on the front to protect the real lens. Small sheet of lexan can be purchased at Home Depot, I wipe off the lexan whenever I think about it. The camera and the case were both purchased on ebay.
HELP! Bike will not start...

If I ride my 2015 FJ-09 California bike daily, the bike fires right up in the mornings. If I garage it for a few days, then I have to use the 1/4 throttle, 1/2 throttle or the wide open throttle method as you guys mentioned to get the bike to light up, and then it revs to the moon and I poop my pants as I back off the throttle and try to keep it idling until it warms up a tad to idle on its own and I can release the throttle. Is this going to be the normal process until I retire the bike? Fouled plugs? Weak battery (original battery)?
