One headlight stays off/dim to help others judge the distance you are at... Other option is to run the highbeams 24/7 but you would have to adjust the light beam downwards...
Is both the high beam adjustable sepaately or when you just 1 then both will be adjusted.
Kinda good idea too. -
Exactly my point. Which is why I prefer a switch.

Any particular reason why you would not like the headlights to be on?
You'd get fined by LTA if you don't have your headlights running and cars won't be able to spot you either.
Just prefer to have a switch where I can on/off. I think it's cooler to have the Daytime Running Light by itself like the Tiger 800 where you have the on/off switch for the headlights
I believe you're from Singapore since you know about LTA

When switching on ignition, the main headlights is not switched on however upon engine running it automatically switch on the headlights.
Does anyone here knows whether if theres a way to disable to the headlights and just have Auxiliary Lights while engine is running or on the move?
Wonder if it's possible to do a switch just for Auxiliary Lights.
I tried looking into the manual and it seems that the headlight shares the same fuse/assembly.- 1

Hi there,
Just curious to know. How many KM are you getting before hitting reserved for riding at speed 90-110km/h.
And upon reaching reserved, how far can you generally go?More curious for Tracer GT owners...
Thanks!

The sticker with VIN on your bike is on the right side of the steering stem. Mine says Made in Japan also.
Thanks in advance. I am from Singapore and I heard it's exported from Japan too but for Malaysia market it's made in Malaysia want to know how true it is.

My GT, Canadian spec says Made in Japan on the VIN sticker.
Mind showing a picture of it covering your VIN number?
Where is it located?

Hi there,
A new member here. Just a quick question, anyone knows where is the Yamaha Tracer GT 900 assembled? As we know that many japanese bikes nowdays are assembled everywhere around the world like thailand etc..
I heard from a dealer from Malaysia that the local Tracer GT are assembled there and it doesn't come with side cases.
Curious to know if anyone knows where it is assembled or made from.
How many KM you getting?

How fast were you riding bro? I know we have a lot of red light in Singapore.
I am comparing Tracer GT with Tiger... still unsure about this.
